Our programs are for children, youth, and adults.  The approach is client-centered and focused on helping improve self-esteem, reduce anxiety and depression, resolve conflict, and create coping strategies through facilitated connection with horses.  Our programs have been beneficial to clients on the spectrum by increasing focus, and reducing anxiety.  

The first step is to book an initial meeting.  This is an opportunity for you to meet us and see our facility, hear more about why we do what we do, and then decide if the program is right for you.  There is a nominal cost for this initial session.  If you like what you hear and wish to proceed we will book one to four sessions to get started.  

The sessions are approximately an hour in length. There is no riding of horses involved.  All activities are done from the ground. Participants must wear covered footwear (sturdy running shoes or boots) and be dressed for the weather to participate. 

Children must be 8 years old or older to participate. (Exceptions can be made for Family Sessions with younger children.)

Participants must have mobility, be able to take direction from adults, and have some sense of their own safety.

We have an indoor area to use when weather is too cold, too hot or too wet.
